HC Charteris Gold and Precious Metals (GB00BYQ2JY43) performed very strongly while gold was rising and offers some diversification across different metals. It had 45.2 per cent of its assets in gold stocks at the end of September and more than half in silver, as well as a small allocation to palladium.
